Quick Start

Get your first retention flow live in under 5 minutes.

1. Create an Account

Sign up at retainq.com/signup. You'll be asked to create a workspace — this is where all your flows, offers, and analytics live.

2. Create Your First Offer

Go to Offers in the sidebar and click New Offer. Create a retention offer like "20% off for 3 months" or "Pause subscription for 1 month".

3. Create a Flow

Go to Flows → New Flow. Choose between:

• Simple Flow (recommended) — A 6-step wizard. Add cancellation reasons, map offers to each reason, customize the confirmation screen.
• Advanced Builder — Full drag-and-drop canvas with branching logic, conditions, and multiple paths.

4. Publish

Click Publish in your flow builder. This makes the flow live and generates an embed script.

5. Add to Your Site

Copy the embed script and paste it into your site before the closing </body> tag:

Replace #cancel-btn with the CSS selector of your actual cancel button. That's it — when customers click cancel, RetainQ intercepts and shows your retention flow.

6. Monitor Results

Check your Dashboard to see sessions, retention rates, and revenue saved. Use Churn Intelligence for AI-powered analysis of patterns and recommendations.
