Advanced Flow Builder
Full drag-and-drop canvas with custom branching, conditions, and multiple offer paths.
When to Use Advanced Mode
- You need conditional branching based on customer answers
- You want multiple different offers depending on the path
- You need non-linear flow logic
- You want full control over every step
Node Types
| Node | Purpose |

| Offer | Show a retention offer (accept/decline branches) |
| Cancel | Terminal — redirect to cancellation URL |
| Success | Terminal — customer retained |
Condition Node
The Condition node enables branching. You configure rules like:
- If "Single Choice" answer equals "Too expensive" → go to Discount Offer
- If "Rating" is less than 3 → go to Support Message
- Default → go to Generic Offer
Each rule gets its own output handle (color-coded). Drag connections from each handle to the target node. The "Default" handle is the fallback when no rules match.
Offer Node
Offers can be linked from your Offers Library (reusable) or configured inline. Each offer node has two output handles:
- Accept (green) — connect to a Success node or another step
- Decline (red) — connect to Cancel or another offer
Save & Publish
- Save Draft — saves your canvas state without going live
- Publish — validates the flow and creates a new version (v1, v2, v3...)
Each publish creates an immutable snapshot. Draft changes don't affect the live flow until you publish again.
