Offer Types

Offer Fields

Using Offers in Flows
Simple Builder
In the Offer Mapping step, select an offer from the dropdown for each cancellation reason. You can also create a new offer inline without leaving the wizard.
Advanced Builder
Select an Offer node on the canvas. In the Node Properties panel, choose "From Library" to pick a saved offer, or "Custom" to configure inline.
