How RetainQ Works

When a customer clicks your cancel button, RetainQ intercepts it and shows a personalized retention flow:

Customer clicks cancel → RetainQ flow opens (embedded widget)
Flow collects their email and asks why they want to leave
Based on the reason, a tailored offer is presented (discount, pause, etc.)
If accepted → you get notified and can fulfill the offer manually
If declined → customer proceeds to cancel normally

Every interaction is tracked. You see analytics on retention rates, offer performance, and AI-powered recommendations to improve over time.
